General Questions

Al Faheem Academy is an online Quran learning platform founded by Maulana Delwar Hossain Salafi. We provide LIVE interactive classes via Zoom, teaching Quran reading, Tajweed, Hifz, Arabic, and Islamic Studies with authentic Ahl al-Hadith/Salafi methodology.

Anyone interested in learning Quran and Islamic knowledge can join! We accept students of all ages - kids (5+), teenagers, and adults. We have separate batches for different age groups and both male and female students.

We offer LIVE interactive classes (not pre-recorded), authentic Salafi methodology, qualified Maulana teachers, small batch sizes for personalized attention, recorded sessions for revision, and affordable fees - all from the comfort of your home.

Classes & Schedule

Classes are held at 8:30 PM IST (India) / 9:00 PM Bangladesh Time. We have two batch options: Batch 1 (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday) and Batch 2 (Saturday, Monday, Wednesday). Friday is weekly off for all batches.

Each class is approximately 1 hour long. The duration may vary slightly depending on the course and lesson complexity, but typically ranges from 50-70 minutes.

Yes, all LIVE classes are recorded and shared in the WhatsApp group for revision purposes. This allows students who miss a class to catch up and all students to revise lessons at their convenience.

If you miss a class, you can watch the recorded session shared in the WhatsApp group. However, we encourage attending LIVE classes for better interaction and learning. If you know you'll be absent, please inform your teacher in advance.

Courses & Learning

Absolutely! Our "Quran Reading & Complete Nazera Course" is specifically designed for absolute beginners. We start from the very basics - Arabic alphabet recognition (Alif to Yaa) and build up gradually to fluent Quran reading.

For complete beginners, it typically takes 6-12 months to complete the Nazera course and read Quran fluently. The exact duration depends on your practice, dedication, and learning pace. Some students progress faster, others take more time.

Yes! We have a comprehensive "Quran with Tajweed" course covering all Tajweed rules from beginner to advanced level. This includes Makharij (articulation points), Sifaat (characteristics), and practical application in recitation.

Yes, though Hifz is easier for children, we do accept dedicated adults in our Hifz program. However, admission is selective and based on assessment. You must demonstrate commitment, ability, and have a good foundation in Quran reading with Tajweed.

Technical Requirements

You need: (1) A smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet connection, (2) Zoom app installed, (3) WhatsApp for communication and receiving materials, (4) A quiet place for attending classes without distractions.

Camera ON is strongly recommended for better engagement, discipline, and teacher monitoring. However, it's not strictly mandatory. Teachers can assist better when they can see students, especially for Tajweed correction.
