Assalamu Alaikum! At Al Faheem Academy, we maintain high standards of discipline and Islamic manners to ensure the best learning experience for all students. These guidelines help create a respectful, focused, and productive environment. We request all students and parents to read and follow these rules carefully.
Academy Rules
Please follow these guidelines for smooth learning experience
Punctuality
Students must join classes on time at 8:30 PM IST sharp. Consistent lateness may affect your learning progress.
Camera & Discipline
Camera On is strongly recommended during classes for better engagement and discipline. Teachers can monitor and assist better.
Islamic Manner
Maintain Islamic adab and respect during classes. Greet with Salam, speak politely, and show respect to teachers and fellow students.
Focus & Attention
No unnecessary chatting during class time. Keep full attention on the lesson. Use chat feature only for relevant questions.
Study Materials
All study materials, assignments, and resources will be provided by the academy. Keep them organized and complete homework regularly.
Parental Monitoring
Parents must monitor their children's progress, attendance, and behavior. Regular communication with teachers is encouraged.
Fee Submission
Monthly fees must be submitted on time by the 5th of each month. Delayed payments may result in temporary class suspension.
Attendance
Missing classes without prior information is discouraged. Inform teachers if you cannot attend. Excessive absence may affect enrollment.

Class Recordings
- ✓ All classes are recorded for revision purposes.
- ✓ Recordings are shared in WhatsApp group.
- ✓ Strictly for personal use only.
- ✗ Do not share publicly or on social media.
- ✗ Violation may result in immediate termination.
Privacy & Respect
- ✓ Respect privacy of all students and teachers.
- ✓ Do not screenshot or record without permission.
- ✓ Use appropriate names in Zoom.
- ✗ No sharing of personal information publicly.
- ✗ Any harassment will lead to strict action.
