Refund & Cancellation Policy – Al Faheem Academy
At Al Faheem Academy, we are committed to providing quality online Islamic & academic education to our students.
Since our courses provide instant access to digital learning materials, live classes, recorded videos, PDF notes and community support, refunds are generally not applicable once admission/payment is completed.
However, the following conditions apply:
🔹 When a Refund is Not Possible
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Student has already received course materials or PDF notes

Student has attended live classes / recorded classes

Student has accessed the student portal / learning dashboard

Absenteeism or failure to attend classes due to personal reasons
🔹 When a Refund May Be Considered
A refund may be granted when:

Wrong payment was made due to technical system error

Amount was deducted but course access was not received
In such cases, the student must contact support within 48 hours of payment and attach payment proof/screenshots.
🔹 Class Cancellation
If any class or course is cancelled by Al Faheem Academy, refund or batch transfer will be arranged.
