At Al Faheem Academy, we offer digital educational services (online courses, live classes, recorded lessons, and study materials). Since our services are delivered online and not as physical products, the terms “Shipping” and “Delivery” apply to digital access and course activation.

By enrolling in our courses or purchasing any of our digital services, you agree to the policies below.


1. Nature of Service

  • All our services are 100% digital and delivered online.

  • No physical shipping or courier delivery is applicable.


2. Course Delivery Timeline

  • Course access is activated immediately or within 24 hours after successful payment.

  • Students receive class access via:

    • WhatsApp / Email / Student Group

    • LMS/Portal (if applicable)

    • Live Class Links & Study Materials


3. Delivery Method

After payment, students will receive:

  • Confirmation message via Email / WhatsApp

  • Access to live classes

  • Links to recorded lessons (if included in the course)

  • PDF study materials and other resources

No physical item will be shipped to the student.


4. Access Issues

If the student does not receive course access within 24 hours after payment, they must contact support with:

  • Full Name

  • Phone Number

  • Payment Screenshot or Transaction ID

Our team will resolve the issue as soon as possible.


5. Delivery Responsibility

Al Faheem Academy is responsible for activating access only when:

  • Correct contact details are provided by the student

  • Payment has been successfully completed

If the student provides an incorrect phone number or email, access may be delayed.


6. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery of digital service is considered complete when:

  • Live class links and materials have been shared

  • Student has been added to the appropriate batch or group

  • Login access or learning materials have been provided


7. Course/Batch Change

Batch transfers or course changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability, academic policy, and management approval.
