1. Admission & Course Access

  • Course access begins only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Access to class links, study materials, recordings, and resources is provided exclusively to the enrolled student.

  • Sharing, reselling, distributing, or uploading study materials on any platform is strictly prohibited.

2. Payments & Fees

  • All admission/course fees are non-transferable.

  • Payment is accepted through Razorpay / UPI / Net Banking / Debit or Credit Card / Wallet.

  • Installment/EMI options are available only if approved by Al Faheem Academy.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy, available on a separate page.

  • Students are requested to read the Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.

4. Class Attendance & Behavior

  • Students are responsible for attending classes on time.

  • Misbehavior, abusive language, or disruption during classes may result in termination of course access without refund.

5. Exam & Certificate

  • Certificates are provided only to students who successfully complete the full course and required examinations (if applicable).

  • The exam system and marking criteria are determined solely by Al Faheem Academy.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All course content — including live classes, recordings, PDFs, videos, presentations, images, LMS notes, and study materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Al Faheem Academy.

  • Copying, recording, posting, selling, or distributing study materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

7. Website Usage Rules

  • Any activity causing harm to the website or other users — including hacking, spamming, phishing, or the spread of malware — is strictly prohibited.

  • We reserve the right to restrict access to users violating website security terms.

8. Changes to Courses or Pricing

  • Al Faheem Academy reserves the right to update or modify course structure, schedule, instructors, or pricing whenever necessary.

  • Any important change will be communicated through Email/WhatsApp/student portal.

9. Termination of Access

We retain the right to suspend or terminate access to courses without prior notice if:

  • The student violates Terms & Conditions

  • Study materials are shared publicly or privately

  • Misconduct or misuse takes place during classes or inside student groups

10. Liability Disclaimer

Al Faheem Academy is not responsible for:

  • Student’s personal device issues

  • Internet connectivity issues

  • Missed classes due to student unavailability

  • Learning outcomes are dependent on student effort and consistency
